Business Development Representative (Hybrid)

About the Job

Join the Inbound BDR team, where you'll have the opportunity to help us grow sales by 50% in 2025. Our BDRs don't just make calls and book meetings, we are the first contact of any new potential customer, and we aim to help solve everyday comms challenges. In this role, you'll report to the BDR Manager and work towards growing the inbound pipeline by 100% YoY alongside the BDR team, which strives for excellence everyday.

Your Impact

  • Meet, or exceed, monthly KPIs and quota.
  • You are the first point of contact for marketing-generated inbound leads - speaking directly with Fortune 500 executives
  • Supplement your outbound pipeline via cold calls, personalized messages, customized videos, and LinkedIn

How You Can Stand Out

  • Prior sales experience – lead generation, discovery, and qualification
  • Eager-to-learn, solution-orientated, coachable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Great active listening skills, the ability to uncover opportunities, and answering objections

About You

  • Education in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who is naturally curious
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
