Immigration Law Clerk
Job description
Our Client is a leading law firm serving the GTA across multiple practice areas. They are currently in expansion mode and are looking to add some high calibre talents to the team.
Your new role
In this new role you will be responsible preparing and processing immigration applications, maintaining case correspondence and document files. In your new role you will be required to conduct research on applicable processes and requirements for various applications. In addition to maintaining ongoing communications with clients you will also assist with case strategy and assessment. You will also be required to contact the many government related agencies (e.g., Service Canada, Citizenship, and Immigration Canada, etc.), with respect to clients matters.
What you will need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you must have minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant immigration experience at a law firm. You will bring with you a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills and would be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.
