Job Description

Your Responsibilities

As our new Data Delivery and Integration Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting RepRisk's growth and global reach by ensuring successful implementation of data integration projects by RepRisk's clients and partners. You will have a particular focus on technical advisory, as well as project management of deliverables related to system integration of RepRisk data in our client's and partner's own platforms and applications. You will be part of our global Commercial Operations division and report to the Senior Manager Data Delivery and Integration, who is based in Zurich, Switzerland. Moreover, you will:

  • Collect specific client requirements for data ingestion and integration projects, deliver service responses, conduct technical investigations
  • Take responsibility of client success in succesfully using RepRisk data integrated in other platforms/tools/applications
  • Be a trusted advisor to help clients choose among different data delivery channels (e.g., APIs, SFTP, Cloud data warehouses/platforms), and keep abreast of developments in this area via regular self-development initiatives
  • Work well under time pressure and efficiently identify, prioritize, plan, and execute proactive solutions to complex service and data integration needs in a timely manner with attention to detail
  • Identify (prospective or existing) client and partner needs and RepRisk service gaps and prioritize them in collaboration with the relevant RepRisk Product Manager
  • Prepare documentation, Service Level Agreements, and guidance documentation to clients and partners together with the relevant RepRisk Product Manager
  • Contribute to multiple simultaneous projects, with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support RepRisk's position as a leading ESG service provider by maintaining the high-quality service standards of RepRisk
  • Support business development opportunities working closely with Sales, Product Management, Technology, and engineering/IT teams
Qualifications

You Offer

  • A Bachelor's Degree within Data, Software, Digital Business, Financial Services, or other relevant field.
  • Minumum 2 years professional experience in a client-facing role focused data integrations (e.g. CSV files via SFTP data feeds or customer-facing APIs)
  • Good technical understanding of data APIs, or Data Cloud (Snowflake Platform knowledge is preferred) technology and infrastructure
  • Experience with coordination and project management with technical, data, and IT-teams, and internal and external stakeholders
  • Analytical and structured thinking, organization skills, and efficient, solution-oriented execution
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English, any other language is a plus
  • Ability and interest to integrate and collaborate in cross-cultural teams, also remotely
  • Willingness to learn new concepts in the data delivery and integration space
