Reporting to the Sector Manager for sales, the Sales Manager will determine the core of buying decisions and working with allies and associates to ensure that the Rotork message is delivered in line with company objectives. all related activities within the assigned territory.
QualificationsExperience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years sales experience in Oil and Gas sales; preferred candidates will have experience working with valve automation
- Engineering degree or technical diploma is an asset
- Strong existing business relations with customers in target industries
A Successful Candidate:
- Experience in the sale of engineered industrial products through direct and indirect channels.
- Proficiency with a CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Exhibit tact and strong diplomatic skills when dealing with all staff, customers and suppliers.
- Sound time management and planning skills.
- High level of self-motivation, independence and self-reliance.
