Position Summary:

The Customer Engagement Manager is responsible for building strong relationships with customers, driving retention, and improving overall satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized engagement strategies, manage customer touchpoints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to boost satisfaction and retention.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through proactive communication and support.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Track key metrics like retention rates and satisfaction scores.
  • Manage customer campaigns (email, webinars, etc.) to increase product usage and loyalty.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and escalate when necessary.
  • Outreach potential clients with creative strategies.
  • Maintain client relationship and get referrals from existing clients.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, engagement, or account management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
