We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Cleaner to join our team in Chatham, Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities during night hours, ensuring a pristine environment for daytime operations.

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces
• Operate various cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning products safely and efficiently
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistent standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and cleaning supply inventory
• Report any damages, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly
• Adhere to security protocols and ensure building safety during night shifts
• Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively
• Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of the job, ensuring no area is overlooked

• Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning (preferred)
• Proficiency in various cleaning techniques and procedures
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment operation and maintenance
• Familiarity with cleaning products and their safe usage
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends as required
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• WHMIS certification (preferred)
