Archadeck and Case Design/Remodeling is a trusted, highly successful company, and we are looking to diversify! Our new brand is called Lightscapes, it offers custom outdoor lighting solutions to our clients. There has been so much interest around this service, we need to expand our Sales Team to keep up with leads. We already have a proven record of providing excellent services to our customers for over 20 years. This is an exciting opportunity to join our seasoned Sales Team and see how high Lightscapes can soar.
The main focus of a Business Development Representative is in the early stages of the sales process. Your goal is to generate and work with a steady stream of qualified leads and opportunities for Lightscapes.
Job Scope:
  • Identify potential new customers and business prospects through research, cold outreach, and networking
  • Work with leads who reach out directly to our receptionist about Lightscapes projects
  • Conduct outbound sales activities like cold calls, cold emails, and social selling to engage prospects
  • Qualify leads to determine if they are a good fit for the company's products/services
  • Meet and conduct demos with qualified prospects
  • Build relationships with potential customers and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales process
  • Research target companies, industries, and decision makers to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies
    Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of related industry experience preferred
  • A reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very comfortable in a sales role
  • Excellent research and prospecting skills
  • Self motivated
  • Familiar with sales processes and techniques
  • Highly organized with great time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Comfortable using and learning new technology
