Role: SAP S/4HANA P2P Consultant (MM)Location: Toronto Hybrid Description: Solution Design & Process Mapping: Lead the design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA solutions for the Procure to Pay (P2P)process. Develop and document detailed process maps, ensuring alignment with best practices andbusiness goals. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for procurement processes,ensuring scalability and efficiency. Optimize procurement workflows, including requisitioning, purchasing, vendor management,invoicing, and payments. End-to-End Procurement Solutions: Design and implement comprehensive procurement strategies that encompass vendorselection, purchasing, contract management, and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, finance, and supply chain to ensureseamless integration of P2P processes. Ensure the effective integration of P2P processes with inventory management, accountspayable, and financial modules in S/4HANA. System Configuration & Customization: Configure SAP S/4HANA to meet the specific requirements of the Procure to Pay process,including material management (MM), vendor evaluation, and purchase order workflows. Identify and implement enhancements to existing configurations to improve process efficiencyand user experience. Project Leadership & Support:Lead SAP P2P-related projects, including new implementations, upgrades, andenhancements. Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and external consultants to ensure thesuccessful delivery of P2P solutions. Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operation of the P2Psystem and continuous improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the subject matter expert for the P2P process, working closely with finance, supplychain, and IT teams to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business objectives. Participate in workshops, training sessions, and change management initiatives to drive useradoption and system proficiency.
