The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP infrastructure, particularly in HANA and Business One domains. This role requires proficiency in HANA deployment, troubleshooting, and performance analytics, along with familiarity with Office 365 and networking integration.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage SAP HANA infrastructure.
• Provide expert support for SAP HANA deployments, including installation, configuration, and performance management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HANA environments and application performance.
• Utilize HANA Studio for monitoring and optimizing system performance.
• Implement and manage backup strategies for HANA databases to ensure data integrity and recovery.
• Administer Office 365, including user management, migration, and security configurations.
• Conduct network integration and troubleshoot networking issues using tools such as ping, traceroute, etc.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Azure Active Directory and its security parameters.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Systems Administrator, or SAP Infrastructure Expert with a focus on SAP HANA and Business One.
• Strong knowledge and experience in HANA deployment, troubleshooting, and performance analytics.
• Familiarity with HANA Studio and backup management best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration, migration, and security protocols.
• In-depth understanding of Azure Active Directory and security configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for networking issues and proficiency in diagnostic tools.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
