The CRM Administrator will be responsible for the setup, configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our Dynamics 365 CRM system. Working from a user-centric perspective to fully understand our business processes, this individual will gather requirements and work with internal designers and external contractors to collaborate and implement solutions which improve and enhance our current system.

This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in CRM administration to gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint and system integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administration and support to end-users, troubleshooting and maintaining D365 system environments
  • Manage roles, user accounts, security settings, permissions in D365
  • Own the configuration, customization and maintenance of D365 CRM to meet business requirements
  • Setup, update and maintain all D365 CRM environments (dev, UAT, production) working with external contractors
  • Create and maintain D365 workflows, templates, reports, and dashboards
  • Support data management tasks including data import, export, cleanup, and mitigate data risks
  • Collaborate with business users and SMEs to gather requirements
  • Work with internal and third-party teams to determine solutions to improve and enhance D365 with related systems
  • Create automations and business process flows using Power Apps and Power Automate to improve and optimize D365 processes
  • Assist with integration of D365 CRM with additional business applications, including SharePoint and other third-party tools
  • Testing and validation of bug fixes, updates and new features, working with external contractors
  • Provide end-user training and create documentation for D365 processes, Power BI reports, Power Apps solutions and other SharePoint functionalities
  • Provide first-line app support to external users for proprietary app

Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of D365 CRM configuration, including forms, entities, fields, views and dashboards
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL queries
  • Experience with Power BI to create and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Understanding of D365 security roles and access levels
  • Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate to build automations and business process flows
  • Understanding of SharePoint for document management, storage and integration with D365
  • Understanding of integration principles to connect D365 with other applications
  • Strong user-centric approach to gathering and understanding of both business and technical requirements
  • Willingness to learn and adapt new technologies and business processes

Bonus/Nice to Have:

  • Experience with D365 integration projects
  • Experience with data migration projects
  • Knowledge of HTML and XML
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint Certifications
  • CRM Administration experience outside of D365
