Staff OEM Platform Engineer

A pioneering player in the high-performance computing and AI space is looking for an experienced hardware expert to work closely with OEM and ODM partners. This role offers a rare opportunity to contribute to the integration of next-generation technology into server and platform products used across data centers.
This hybrid role, seeks individuals with a strong background in hardware and software integration, capable of supporting the design and validation of advanced platform products.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and business teams to guide OEM and ODM partners through design-in and development processes, creating solutions for data center applications.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide technical support across architecture, design, simulation, and initial production phases.
- Develop and implement hardware, chip, and system architectures that push the limits of performance and efficiency in AI/ML applications.
- Provide hands-on technical training for Field Application Engineers (FAEs) and customer teams, supporting complex projects for large-scale deployments.
- Document design specifications and develop reference materials to streamline the adoption of our chip technology in OEM server platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, supporting customer development teams during bring-up and validation stages.
- Deliver presentations that outline design challenges, corrective actions, and solutions, collaborating with FAEs to ensure customer success.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Background in computing systems, with proficiency in Python and Linux environments.
- 5+ years of experience in high-speed signal design, system integration, networking, or CPU/GPU-related projects.
- Familiarity with development tools for hardware and signal integrity testing.
- Strong experience in OEM/ODM engagement, particularly with enterprise servers or networking hardware.
- Data center deployment experience, including system and rack-level projects, is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
