We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our platform. You will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of features that meet both customer and business needs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze and translate customer needs into actionable requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
  • Organize and implement internal and end-user training on product usage and answering inquiries about the product and its capabilities.
  • Evaluate and document technical concerns related to the platform.
  • Review new technologies and trends.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap in alignment with business goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years) as a Technical Product Manager in a technology-driven environment, experience in financial services preferred.
  • Strong background in software and data engineering, preferably with experience in Java.
  • Familiarity with finance, payments, API integrations, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience with API, Microservices, event-based architectures & cloud environments are an asset.
