Salary:

We are hiring Refrigeration & AC Technicians on behalf of one of our subsidiary companies. ATL-REFAC Limited provides complete maintenance and repair services for Refrigeration, HVAC, Air Conditioning, Heat Pump equipment and systems. We serve clients in Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) and surrounding areas, and all of Industrial Cape Breton and surrounding areas. We are hiring Gas Fitter 1 & 2 levels with commercial & residential experience Immediately For Our Halifax Branch, offering full time positions for experienced and dynamic individuals are available. Steady work 12 months a year.

Requirements

  • Red-seal preferred, 3rd or 4th year apprentices will be considered
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in refrigeration.
  • Hold a valid class 5 driver's license and acceptable abstract.
  • Ability to handle medium to heavy equipment.
  • Strong time-management and can work effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, installation, cleaning and repairs of equipment.
  • Ability to diagnose and trouble-shoot equipment.
  • Communicate with clients, admin staff and management on a day-to-day basis.
  • Consistently follow all safety protocols in accordance with company policies.
