Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Graphics and Plate team for the deliverables that meet technical expectations and customer lead-times.
• Evaluate and manage Prepress Production resources to enhance high productivity and to maintain the desired lead times.
• Supervise and track projects to ensure that all materials ordered and produced meet the requirements of production.
• Report on KPI's for Prepress and plate performance.
• Manage plate production and staff using KPI's to deliver plates on time.
• Manage storage of plates and ensure stored plates are complete and ready to mount.
• Manage Graphics and Plate outsourcing
• Communicate with Production the project set up with regards to printability and production efficiency.
• Conduct yearly reviews with reports.
• Use Web Center to manage graphics projects
• Respond and support production for graphic and plate related quality issues.

Standard Operating Procedures:

• Understand the processes that are required for Customer Service and Graphic/Plate SOP's.
• Follow SOP's and update as required.
• Articulate the purpose and objectives of the SOP's to all reports..
• Create a detailed, step-by-step document that outlines the specific actions, procedures, and guidelines for the Customer Service and Graphics process and plates.
• Perform other tasks or jobs as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5 years Prepress or Flexographic experience.
• Business or technical degree or diploma.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to succeed while getting real satisfaction from helping others reach their goals.
• Experience in Manufacturing
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, confidence and strong presentation & people skills
