We are looking for a driven and dynamic Presales Technical Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for tackling complex challenges. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team by supporting and developing tailored technical solutions that meet client needs and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the sales team to drive business growth by creating and presenting technical solutions.
• Participate in pre-sales meetings, engage in discovery discussions, and deliver technical presentations.
• Identify technical gaps and design innovative solutions to address client requirements.
• Develop comprehensive solution designs, including Statements of Work (SOW), aligned with client expectations.
• Facilitate smooth hand-offs between the sales and service delivery teams by participating in project kick-offs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, minimize churn, and support renewals.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to contribute to technical documentation and product literature.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a presales, technical support, solutions engineering, or similar role.
• Strong technical background, particularly in VMware, Fortinet, and network infrastructure.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and willing to take on multiple roles as needed.
• Curious, enthusiastic, and eager to expand technical and sales knowledge.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in designing and implementing network infrastructure (routing, switching, wireless, security, monitoring).
• Proficiency in VMware and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery design.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies.
• Knowledge of Fortinet and Palo Alto (certifications are a plus).
• Experience with HPE and Aruba is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Azure Cloud and AWS is beneficial.
