Position: Forklift Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Forklift Driver to operate our forklifts and assist in the warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, organizing and storing products, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate forklifts to transport materials and products to and from the warehouse

- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently and safely

- Verify the accuracy of received materials and ensure proper placement in the warehouse

- Organize and store products in designated locations in the warehouse

- Perform routine checks on forklifts, such as inspecting tires, brakes, and fuel levels

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid forklift operator certification

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting

- Ability to operate different types of forklifts (e.g. sit-down, stand-up)

- Physically fit to lift and move heavy objects

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and time-management skills
