Morison Insurance is currently seeking a Digital Sales Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join our team of insurance professionals.

Job Type?

Full-time, Permanent Salary Position (Monday to Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm - 35 Hours per week).

What Will You Do?

We are looking for a team player eager to join our Personal Lines Digital Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling personal insurance to warm leads – all leads provided by Morison Insurance - by completing the following tasks:

  • Responding to all insurance leads in a timely manner
  • Using an award-winning lead management system to manage incoming leads
  • Provide potential clients with exceptional service and professional advice
  • Complying with insurance standards and working with our in-house underwriting guidelines
  • Following sales procedures
  • Documenting conversation and correspondence with customers and insurance companies
  • Matching customer needs with the optimal insurance products

What Do You Need to Succeed?

  • RIBO License
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Confidence speaking directly with customers
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Determined and driven nature
  • G-level driver's license
