Based on organic and new client intake driving continuous growth, they immediately need a new Senior Manager for their accounting and assurance team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and technical skills and significant experience leading and managing review engagements.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients

Plan, lead and supervise teams to ensure all clients needs are met and exceeded

Monitor the progress of engagements and communicate with the team and partners

Ensure adherence to the firms standards and quality control procedures

Responsible for developing and fostering excellent client relationships

Participate in staff engagement and career development programs

Participate in committee work and practice development

Ideal qualifications:

Designated CPA with extensive experience in a public practice management role

Strong technical skills with a creative flair to provide practical solutions

Sound analytical, leadership, problem-solving skills and professional judgment

Exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills

Ability to forge sound working relationships with partners, clients, and related advisors

High standard of integrity and commitment to exceptional client service and teamwork

Committed to a life-long learning approach and constantly improving knowledge
