As our new Aquatics Manager, you will help create a fun and professional atmosphere, providing customers and their children with an exceptional learning experience. In this role, youll work closely with the franchise owner and our team of swim instructors, helping to shape our schools culture and support smooth operations. Youll also play a pivotal role in attracting new families to our school and ensuring they remain part of our community.

Position Details:
  • Type: Part-time to start, with a strong possibility of moving to full-time.
  • Schedule: Flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Regular travel to multiple pool locations within the assigned region will also be required.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-water swim lessons to adults and children, following the British Swim School curriculum.
  • Conduct initial training and onboarding for all new swim instructors.
  • Use British Swim School instructor development tools to regularly assess instructor performance and provide feedback.
  • Offer support and guidance in managing challenging class situations.
  • Assist in growing the business and attracting new customers.
What Were Looking For:
  • A genuine passion for water safety and drowning prevention.
  • Willingness to be in the water, teaching hands-on.
  • Experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting.
  • Supervisory experience or military service background is a plus.
  • Lifeguard certification (preferred, but training can be provided).
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a bonus!
If youre ready to dive into a rewarding role, receive top-tier training in one of the best swim programs in the industry, and enjoy a competitive compensation package, apply now.
