POSITION: HVAC Electrician / Technician
PAY: $38.00 - $55.00 per hour, we pay based on experience.
WORK HOURS: Full-Time, Monday through Friday
LOCATION: Saskatoon, SK

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Troubleshooting issues with all residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Installing or retrofitting equipment as per specifications, customer requests, blueprints, or the current building/plumbing codes
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by inspecting product quality and installation to guarantee conformance
- Documenting service and installation actions by completing work orders, reports, logs, and records
- Creating a positive relationship with customers by demonstrating your ability to communicate, problem solve, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining company vehicles to neat, clean, and safe standards
- Providing excellent account servicing, including analyzing work orders, investigating complaints, identifying solutions, conducting testing, and resolving issues for both new and existing accounts professionally
- Providing excellent customer service and communication with customers
- Stay current on industry developments and technologies
JOB QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and insurable driving record
- Journeyman Technician is ideal, but not required
- Commercial and Industrial HVAC service experience
- Routine maintenance experience
- In-depth understanding of local plumbing codes and regulations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to engage with individuals sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally
