The Role:

As a Reservations Manager, you will oversee and manage the reservations team to ensure exceptional service and achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for motivating and coaching staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, and driving sales results. Your role involves maintaining high standards of performance, handling conflicts, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and inspire the team to achieve and surpass sales targets, while embracing diverse perspectives and innovative approaches.
  2. Supervise and support the reservations team, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment where all voices are valued and innovation is nurtured.
  3. Oversee the timely and accurate completion of KPIs, including monthly, year-end, and quarterly reports, promoting transparency and accountability.
  4. Uphold system policies and procedures, striving for 100% compliance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
  5. Achieve sales targets for your destination, including gross and margin.
  6. Coach and develop team members to enhance their performance and productivity, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
  7. Manage and resolve conflicts with empathy and effective leadership, creating a positive and respectful work environment that values diverse perspectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in motivating, coaching, and supervising employees.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong skills in conflict resolution and leadership.
  • In-depth understanding of sales targets and reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Amadeus, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under conflicting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively both in a team and individually.
  • Must be available to work in the office 3 times a week from 10 AM to 6 PM PST or 1 PM to 9 PM EST.
