WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Operate a CNC or other machinery
• Assemble basic cabinets using power tools
• Package product safely and appropriately
• Learn and apply lean tools and methodologies
• General housekeeping
• Inspection of finished units for adherence to documented quality standards

WHO YOU ARE:

• Be highly detail-oriented; conducting frequent & consistent quality checks is a must
• Understand proper material handling techniques
• Be computer literate – 3D software and excel are highly utilized programs here
• Have a strong track-record for being accountable and timely
• Have excellent communication skills
• Love working with others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Live the importance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & adhere to safety, requirements and inform the Supervisor of any unsafe situations
• Must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis

BONUS POINTS IF YOU:

• Have experience in woodworking
• Have experience in lean manufacturing (6S, Kaizen teams, SOP's, standardized work etc).
