Job Summary:

CES Plumbing is seeking an experienced and skilled Plumbing Service Foreman to lead our team in providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, possess extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, and excel in communicating effectively with team members, clients, and sub-contractors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and support systems.
• Ability to manage/supervise/train a crew of apprentice plumbers and journeymen.
• Attend site visits as required to provide knowledge for the purpose of estimating.
• Read and interpret drawins and specifications to properly service and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and company policies/procedures.
• Creates a positive relationship with workers, customers, engineers, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure the scope of the work is completed as per the quote, drawings, specifications, and budget.
• Excellent customer service skills & ability to be a team player/promote teamwork in the team.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications:

• Licensed 306A Plumber with 10 years of service experience and 5 years of plumbing project experience.
• Licensed Ontario Water Works Cross Connection Control Specialist.
• Valid “full G” Ontario Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of the ON Plumbing Code.
• C.I. and Hi-Rise Multi Residential service experience.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
