Partner Staffing is currently working with our client seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager / Project Engineer to join their leadership team

Our client is an industry-leading fabrication company dedicated to providing superior packaged process equipment, pressure vessels, and piping for diverse energy markets. With a large, state-of-the-art facility in Calgary, our client delivers innovative solutions for domestic and international projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project execution from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
  
• Oversee design, procurement, fabrication, and installation activities for various process packages.
  
• Coordinate with engineering, drafting, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and maintain project momentum.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
  
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders.
  
• Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in project management within the fabrication or process equipment industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of ASME/ANSI standards and project management methodologies.
  
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  
• PMP certification is an asset.
  

Location:

• Rocky View County, Alberta (near SE Calgary)
  
• Reliable transportation required (no public transit service)
  

Schedule:

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts
  
• In-person work
