Int. Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, providing regular updates and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Quality Control: Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance throughout the construction process.
• Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Reporting: Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
