Int. Project Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, providing regular updates and forecasts to stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance throughout the construction process.
- Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
