What you'll do during this apprenticeship:

• Work closely with experienced grain traders, gaining hands-on insights into the grain trading process.
• Manage data systems and perform insightful business analyses to support our operations.
• Collaborate with traders to handle claims and resolve business challenges.
• Assist in maintaining company certifications and preparing compliance reports.
• Help manage the accounting for purchase and sales orders, ensuring smooth follow-up with suppliers and clients.
• Support logistics coordination to ensure timely and efficient transport of goods.
• Engage in cold calling and prospecting to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

What we're looking for:

• A strong passion for sales and business development, with a natural ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Confident and proactive in cold calling and converting leads into business partners.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
