This is a full-time in office Project Manager role. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team with residential experience. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing overall contract administration, technical expertise, and ensure the project is constructed per the design and support the overall project.

Qualifications

• Monitor project performance, schedule, costs, equipment, manpower, materials, safety and environment and quality control.
• Conduct site tours, safety inspections and leading by example to ensure policies, procedures and standards are adhered to.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Ensure that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.
• Experience in managing multi unit residential projects.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and monitor project risks.
