• Microsoft Power Platform Developer
• Full-time, permanent Hybrid Work environment
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm, with some after-hours support required as needed

Primary Focus of the role:

Development and Implementation:

• Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps to address specific business needs.
• Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate to improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
• Develop chatbots using Power Virtual Agents to enhance customer and employee interactions.

Integration and Maintenance:

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with various data sources such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other third-party services.
• Ensure the seamless operation and performance of deployed applications and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform solutions.

Collaboration and Requirements Gathering:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize the utility of developed solutions.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement security best practices to protect data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Monitor and manage user access and permissions within Power Platform solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Explore new technologies and tools to enhance the functionality and performance of solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development practices and standards

What you bring to the table.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience with data integration and working with APIs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and other Microsoft technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable

Desirable skills and experience

• Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Understanding of data governance and data security practices.
