As a 30-year-old company with a startup's agility and an innovative spirit, we offer a premium, end-to-end digital solution that includes 3D scanners, CAD/CAM software, and robotic carvers. Our solutions help clinicians and healthcare providers streamline processes, increase productivity, and improve patient care. We're seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to join our team.

Mission of the role:
As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving long-term sales growth by building and converting a pipeline of prospective partners and customers. You will be responsible for promoting Qwadra's value to clinicians, hospitals, and universities, leading them through a consultative sales process that aligns with their strategic goals. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a complex solution in a niche market, with significant room for professional growth within an innovative company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management: Develop and foster a pipeline of potential partners and customers, guiding them through a consultative sales cycle that may span over a year.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with various stakeholders, including certified prosthetists/orthotists, hospital finance directors, and clinic managers.
  • Lead Conversion: Engage in high-volume prospecting through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to qualify leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Sales Support, the Head of Sales, and other Account Managers to align on sales strategy and optimize customer onboarding.
  • Sales Strategy: Conduct targeted outreach to develop new business, leveraging trade shows, direct marketing campaigns, and digital channels to create opportunities.
  • Client Success Transition: Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to implementation and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Data Management: Document all interactions and track progress in Salesforce, and utilize Gong to record and analyze meetings, action items, and client needs.

Key Metrics for Success:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales KPIs, including revenue targets, number of closed deals, and client engagement metrics.
  • Effectively manage and progress accounts through all phases of the sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing.
  • Demonstrate consistent lead generation, prospect qualification, and successful conversion of high-value clients.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in complex, long-cycle industries (e.g., medical, digital solutions, or manufacturing equipment).
  • Consultative Selling: Skilled in navigating multi-layered sales environments and tailoring solutions to client needs.
  • Business Development Focus: Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead conversion, and meeting aggressive sales targets.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong ability to present complex technical solutions in a clear, compelling way to diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and a background in orthotics/prosthetics is highly advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multilingual skills, particularly in French, Spanish, or Mandarin, are highly valued to support our global client base in over 45 countries.

Benefits

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary ($75,000-$80,000 depending on experience)
