Position: Marketing Coordinator (3-Month Extendable Contract)

Overview:
This interim role is intended to support our marketing efforts in line with our overall marketing strategy, and build out of the marketing team. There is a strong possibility of extension/permanent.

Role Summary:

We're looking for an experienced go-getter who can jump in wherever needed, covering various areas of marketing support.

Main Functions

  • Collaborating with sales and recruitment teams to align campaigns with business objectives, such as client acquisition and candidate outreach.
  • Creating and editing PowerPoint decks for sales, implementation, and workflow presentations.
  • Developing and refining sales collateral, including brochures and one-pagers.
  • Providing technical support, including mail merges, drip campaigns, and email marketing production.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Designing master slides with standardized layouts, fonts, and colors to maintain brand consistency across presentations.
  • Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
  • Preparing competitive insights and SWOT analyses to inform marketing and sales strategies.
  • Using research findings to adjust messaging and positioning in alignment with company goals.
  • Copywriting experience

Required Skills

  • PowerPoint: Advanced skills, including design, animation, and creating presentations from scratch or enhancing existing decks. Proficiency with embedding video, audio, and voiceovers, and experience with macros and third-party add-ins like SlideHub.
  • Design & Layout: Strong design skills for creating standardized layouts and maintaining brand consistency in presentations.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Adobe Suite: Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro.
  • HubSpot: Familiarity with CRM and email marketing functions.

Experience

  • Experience in a professional services environment, accustomed to producing sales collateral and presentation decks on an ad hoc basis.
  • Recruitment or search industry experience is a strong plus.
