Job Description
As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for the organization. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Senior Management, and external partners to execute brand initiatives and Sales & Marketing strategies effectively.
Job duties include providing administrative and organizational support to the Sales team by managing inbound leads, ensuring the company's print and online presence is current and effective, assisting in the creation of sales enablement materials, and generating reports to assess Sales & Marketing performance.
You will also serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination in the development of brand and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
1. Relationship management and sales support:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams—Operations, Pricing, HR, Safety, Fleet Maintenance, and the Social and Philanthropy Committee—to ensure alignment and effective collaboration toward shared goals.
  • Attend customer meetings to identify needs and understand the business goals of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Leverage customer pain points to enhance the value proposition and tailor approaches using sales enablement materials and advertising.
  • Manage inbound leads, research prospects, and generate lead lists within sales platforms.
  • Oversee the XTL Store vendor relationship and maintain inventory of promotional materials.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks, including processing invoices and providing group calendar support.
2. Managing communications materials:
  • Assist in creating and managing materials, including print collateral, presentations, web content, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership and external partners to develop compelling visuals and messaging.
  • Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and messaging consistency.
  • Distribute content across various channels, such as social media, email, and direct mail.
  • Support HR in promoting XTL as an employer of choice.
  • Manage the company's online presence by engaging with audiences across multiple platforms.
3. Developing and implementing marketing campaigns:
  • Stay informed about industry and market trends to ensure strategies remain relevant and effective.
  • Track performance metrics, including impressions, click-through rates, and conversions, to assess campaign effectiveness and make adjustments as needed to achieve desired results.
4. Managing and analyzing sales data:
  • Collaborate with the Pricing Manager-Strategy, Business Intelligence, and analytics partners to identify patterns, trends, and insights from various data sources. This includes updating the Sales Team Revenue Tracker and ensuring the accuracy of individual performance revenue objectives on a per-period basis.
  • Use data visualization tools to make recommendations that improve the performance of initiatives.

This role will be based in Etobicoke, ON.
