Position Overview:
Lambert Nemec Group, Winnipeg's premier Permanent Recruitment firm, is working closely with our client to find an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a focus on Financial Client Services. This role supports the President and plays an essential part in ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the President, handling inquiries and managing communications with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings, and organize conferences, ensuring efficient time management.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in managing financial records, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and preparing basic financial summaries.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost care, maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
- Support daily administrative tasks, including file management, correspondence, and responding to general inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members and external partners, facilitating smooth operations and communication.
- Assist with special projects as assigned, showcasing your organizational and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting senior leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with general office technology.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic familiarity with financial services or investment management is an asset but not required.
