Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including business development, account management, and recruiting for senior-level positions.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent while expanding your client relationships.
• Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to identify staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Use HR sourcing techniques to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Leverage ATS tools to track, manage, and report on candidate progress and recruitment efforts.

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a360 Recruiter, with expertise in business development, account management, and headhunting.
• Strong ability tosource and place senior-level talentand negotiate effectively with candidates and clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A strong networkof existing client relationships is preferred.
