- Lead and direct a team of 15+ employees
- Guide admin team to deliver top service
- Hire, train, and coach team
- Manage client onboarding, eligibility, and funding
- Oversee claims, disbursement, and reconciliation
- Support resource allocation for KPIs & SLAs
- Improve processes for team efficiency
- Address escalations with solutions
- Work with leaders on client relations
- Create strategies for client issue resolution
- Set metrics and evaluate team performance
- Oversee system upgrades and updates
- Track new tech to boost productivity
Requirements
- 5+ years managing admin teams
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience leading larger teams of 10+
- Experience in change management and analytics
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 suite
- CRM and contact center telephony experience a plus
- Healthcare, government, or insurance background a bonus
