Position Overview:
- Manage all phases of engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including client stakeholders and construction professionals, to develop comprehensive solutions that meet project goals.
- Build and maintain strategic alliances with clients, treating them as key stakeholders in the engineering process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working in mechanical engineering projects with a proven track record.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and construction practices relevant to the energy sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- PMP certifications are an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Facilitate ongoing dialogue and incorporate client input into planning and design phases to ensure project success from their perspective.
- Serve as the primary client contract and project resource for mechanical engineering projects, providing expert guidance on overall project support, design, analysis, and construction methodologies relevant to the industry.
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager with a strong engineering and client relationship background with hands-on experience in the industrial market sector working in ports and terminals.
- The ideal candidate will oversee client projects and programs, provide expert guidance, and ensure client and company interests and requirements are met, contributing to our mission of advancing industry partnerships.
- As the Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving project and client success, cultivating client relationships, and promoting revenue growth through trusted partnerships.
This role could be either contractor or employee hourly and the range is $65-100/Hour depending on job specific experience, years of total work experience and education.
