The Role:

• We are looking for a self-motivated, customer-centric, technology-loving Pharmacist committed to getting the job done on time.
• We are revolutionizing the $30B pharmacy industry in Canada, and we would like you to be part of our amazing team.

You will be responsible for:

• Provide virtual consultation including renewals and minor ailment assessments and answer medication-related questions through various mediums efficiently and courteously
• Perform clinical verifications for prescriptions on time to ensure efficient operations
• Conduct technical checks on medication orders in an efficient manner
• Provide coaching and guidance to pharmacy team members to improve the pharmacy processes
• Partner with pharmacy manager and Operations management to review processes regularly to ensure optimal efficiency, effectiveness and embrace continuous improvement
• Review escalated issues for resolution. Interface with patients and team members as needed to resolve
• Ensure compliance with applicable Federal and Provincial laws, rules and regulations
• Do anything in your capacity to make sure that the patient is never out of medications.

You have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Pharmacist License with the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists
• Passion for providing optimal patient-centered care to all patients
• Ability to achieve results with a strong sense of urgency and a "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to learn and handle new software platforms. Kroll experience an asset.
• Detailed oriented, team player and positive attitude.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to adapt to needs of business by assisting in different tasks in an efficient manner
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Stellar verbal and written communication skills
