The Role:
- We are looking for a self-motivated, customer-centric, technology-loving Pharmacist committed to getting the job done on time.
- We are revolutionizing the $30B pharmacy industry in Canada, and we would like you to be part of our amazing team.
You will be responsible for:
- Provide virtual consultation including renewals and minor ailment assessments and answer medication-related questions through various mediums efficiently and courteously
- Perform clinical verifications for prescriptions on time to ensure efficient operations
- Conduct technical checks on medication orders in an efficient manner
- Provide coaching and guidance to pharmacy team members to improve the pharmacy processes
- Partner with pharmacy manager and Operations management to review processes regularly to ensure optimal efficiency, effectiveness and embrace continuous improvement
- Review escalated issues for resolution. Interface with patients and team members as needed to resolve
- Ensure compliance with applicable Federal and Provincial laws, rules and regulations
- Do anything in your capacity to make sure that the patient is never out of medications.
You have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
- Pharmacist License with the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists
- Passion for providing optimal patient-centered care to all patients
- Ability to achieve results with a strong sense of urgency and a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to learn and handle new software platforms. Kroll experience an asset.
- Detailed oriented, team player and positive attitude.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to adapt to needs of business by assisting in different tasks in an efficient manner
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Stellar verbal and written communication skills
