We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist with extensive experience in operating and maintaining various equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in using a variety of machining tools, including but not limited to boring machines, drill presses, engine lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, tapping machines, and lathes. The Manual Machinist will be responsible for producing precision parts to specifications, interpreting blueprints, setting up and adjusting machines, and ensuring the quality of finished products.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining is preferred.
• Proven experience as a manual machinist, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in operating and setting up various machining equipment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling selection, and cutting parameters.
• Ability to perform precision machining operations to tight tolerances.
• Experience with measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Knowledge of machining materials, including metals and plastics.

Requirements
