Position Overview:The Operational Principal will be responsible for leading operational transformations within portfolio companies, identifying areas for efficiency, and implementing best practices that drive value creation. This is a high-impact role that combines strategy with execution, working closely with executive teams to improve performance and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is an operations expert with a strong understanding of financial levers, and has experience leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with portfolio company leadership teams to assess operational performance and identify opportunities for value enhancement.
- Develop and implement operational improvement strategies in areas such as supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and process optimization.
- Lead due diligence efforts from an operational perspective for new investments, identifying risks and areas for improvement.
- Act as a hands-on operational leader, stepping into management roles if necessary to drive initiatives to completion.
- Engineering Msc or PhD, with an MBA
- 5-7 years of experience in operational leadership roles, within PE Private Equity
- Prior Management consulting Experience – Prior to Private Equity experience – is a MUST
- Proven experience in driving operational improvements in various industries such as manufacturing, retail, technology, or services.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze operational performance and link it to financial outcomes.
