Job Description:

• Overall, 5-7 years of software development experience with a minimum of 2 years of solutioning and programming experience with Varicent ICM.
• Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) profiles with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge in Design, Development, and Testing of ETL methodologies in all phases of Data Warehousing.
• Proficiency in creating and publishing dashboards and writing SQL queries.

Required Skills:-

• Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
• Varicent ICM- Composer.
• MS SQL server.
• ETL methodologies.
