Job Duration: Long-TermJob DescriptionResponsibilities: Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements Defining the product vision Ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals Gain a deep understanding of customer experience: Identify and fill product gaps Generate new ideas that grow market share Improve customer experience Drive growth Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners Develop product pricing and positioning strategies Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services General Skills: Experience delivering MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification Experience working with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities Experience running beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples becoming an expert with respect to the competition A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines, managing competing priorities and client relationship management experience Skills Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Product Management
4+ years of IT project management experience across business and I&IT teams.
Communication skills customer focus product lens, experience running workshops with internal teams and clients
Technical knowledge, experience in a Microsoft centric toolset for managing products delivery and client lifecycles (eg, MS Teams, Azure devOps)
Process Knowledge of Agile and scrum methodologies
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and inform policy, IT, communication, architecture teams.
Documentation Skills
Experience creating privacy, financial, communication and IT documentation including business cases, training materials, workshops exercises
Public Sector Experience
Experience with Public Sector ITIL process including incident management, release management, problem management, support models, etc.
Experience with OPS business processes, gating procedures, project management requirements
and business rules.
