As the Manager, User Access Management (UAM), you will push goeasy to achieve its goals by ensuring access standards are met across the organization and our team of Access Management Analysts continue to meet Service Level Agreements set by the business. You will mentor, support, and guide your team while continuously improving processes and working on cross-functional IT projects and initiatives related to access management. You will ensure the User Access Matrices are up to date, balance work loads on the team and ensure effective onboarding/offboarding of users across the business.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage the User Access Management team responsible for the daily provisioning/deprovisioning of user access across multiple applications.
  • Continuously improve processes for the Access Management Team to enhance the cybersecurity posture.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to establish accurate support models.
  • Test new implementations and developments for the IAM engineering team.
  • Ensure Access Management Analysts are meeting targets within established SLAs.
  • Work on Access Management related projects as assigned.
  • Maintain operation processes and procedures in support of Security Policies and Audit related controls.
  • Coach, guide, and mentor the Access Management Analyst team.
  • Ensure IT Audit requirements are met through reviews of evidence and creating remediation plans.

What experience do you have?

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT Security or related role, experience in a User Access Management is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership capacity with focus on people, projects, and conflict management.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow/FreshService).
  • Strong understanding of multifactor authentication, preferably with direct experience using Okta Verify.
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management (e.g., BeyondTrust) and Identity Governance Tools (e.g., Okta IGA, SailPoint, Saviynt).
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management orchestration and governance technologies preferred.
  • Certification in Microsoft Azure, CompTIA, ITIL, or similar are considered a strong asset.
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels of the organization.

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.
