Position Summary:
As the Lead Client Care Concierge you will be the first point of contact that clients make when they arrive to Padra Clinic. In addition, you will be responsible for managing all front desk operations.
In this role, you will also be leading the team of Client Care Agents that will be focused on providing sales and client care support. Previous experience in sales and customer service is needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
Client Care:
- Providing support to Client Care Agents with sales and client matters.
- Developing and implementing procedures for Client Care Agents to follow.
- Training new hire on client care processes and procedures.
- Ensuring that Client Care Agents are meeting their targets.
Reception:
- Welcoming clients/visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
- Scheduling appointment and conducting patient registration.
- Responding to email inquiries.
- Notifying patients about appointments and following up on outstanding referrals.
- Sharing information about available services, procedures and products to clients.
- Performing financial transactions such as debit, credit card, and cash.
- Maintaining cleanliness of reception area and waiting room.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and providing professional client support.
- Maintaining confidentiality in accordance with clinic policies.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience with customer service and sales.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to provide high level, empathic customer service.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Willingness to learn and be adaptable.
- Ability to work within a team and independently.
Flexibility: Hours are variable day to day subject to schedule and patient loads.
