Must Haves:
- 6+ years' experience working with SharePoint based applications for managing intranet as well as document management site including setting up and configuring new sites
Nice to Have Skills
- 2+ years' experience working on Microsoft Records Management and Compliance tools such as MS Purview compliance manager.
- 3+ years' experience developing and supporting applications with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agent), power shell, SPFx and MS Purview with Dataverse and/or SharePoint as backend

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Functionally and technically support, configure and enhance SharePoint cloud Applications
- Develop and support applications with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agent), power shell, SPFx and MS Purview with Dataverse and/or SharePoint as backend
- Experience in JavaScript development using different libraries like JQuery, React etc. will be an asset
- Solid understanding of .NET Core and API development will be an asset
- Excellent understanding of CSS and frameworks like Bootstrap and Foundation will be an asset
- Applies standard Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process to develop software applications and solutions in response to business requirements
- Develops system design documents for use in coding and testing business applications and solutions
- Develops test plans and data, and performs testing to verify that the programs function correctly and ensure that modifications have not caused errors in other parts of the program and interfacing programs and systems
- Designs, develops, and implements integrated web applications using industry standards (i.e. Web Services, Service Oriented Architecture)
- Prepares technical documentation for all development items; supports analysis, development and testing for enterprise solutions
- Develops maintenance enhancements, in response to changing business requirements, for enterprise solutions, to ensure their continuing value to business users
- Provides troubleshooting and technical support business solutions and applications that raise vendor support tickets
- Applies effective quality control and security measures to all applications modules; prepares proper documentation to facilitate support of SharePoint and Web applications.
Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Web technologies will be an asset.
- Completion of a diploma in Computer Science, or a related discipline or a combination of education, training, and experience deemed equivalent
- Minimum 6 years related work experience with a solid background in analysis, design and development of web-based corporate systems. Must have an excellent knowledge of the principles, practices, and standards of the Systems Development Life Cycle
- Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing, extending, and supporting web-based n-tier enterprise applications
- Solid experience with industry standard database technologies (e.g. SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, ODBC), including building packages, stored procedures, triggers, and cursors
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, middleware, and other technologies for building and maintaining multi-tiered enterprise business solutions
- Knowledge of industry standard reporting and business intelligence tools
- Developed customizations using application programming interfaces (APIs), including exposure to extract, transfer, load (ETL) data Integration process
- Experienced with applying fixes, patches, and upgrades from the product vendor6+
