We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving revenue growth and achieving sales objectives. This role will involve report building and analysis, as well as providing crucial support to the sales team. The Sales Coordinator will work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of sales processes and contribute to the overall success of the sales function.
This is a full-time permanent position, based out of our London, ON office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Sales in developing and executing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue targets.
- Assist in implementing sales initiatives and promotions to drive business growth.
- Participate in or lead product training sessions and sales meetings to ensure team readiness.
- Help manage limited partner accounts, fostering strong relationships and addressing their needs.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Sales, including revenue tracking, pipeline summary updates, bid cycle management, and CRM KPI reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of RFI/RFP/RFQ proposals, contracts, and quotations, ensuring inter-departmental involvement, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate sales pipeline activities, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups on leads and opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor sales performance and generate reports on sales metrics to assist management in decision-making, including budget forecasting and KPI reporting.
- Help plan and book sales travel, and organize and participate in sales events and trade shows.
- Manage the creation and execution of sales materials, proposals, and advertising initiatives.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within a sales environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

- Competitive Compensation: OSG offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health and dental coverage, and other perks. The bracket for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience).
