Your Role: As the Director of Construction, you will be the cornerstone of our client's construction department, driving strategic direction and overseeing the successful execution of complex projects from inception to completion. This role demands a visionary leader who excels in managing large-scale projects while fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership and Execution: Direct all phases of construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing construction team through mentorship, training, and leadership.

  • Quality Control and Safety: Implement comprehensive quality control and safety programs, adhering to all regulatory standards and best practices.
