As a personable, organized leader, you are the connection between our customers, Service Technicians and Corporate Service Manager. You oversee service operations within the location to ensure the highest level of internal and external customer satisfaction. You monitor and contribute to profitable service labor sales and exercise disciplined expense control. As an engaging leader you effectively connect, motivate and inspire department personnel to strive to increase performance while building customer relationships.

For you to be selected for an interview you have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in an agriculture service department with 3 years supervisory experience.
- Understanding of John Deere equipment and competitive products
- Agriculture Heavy Equipment Mechanic trade not required but a strong asset
- Computer skills required. Microsoft 365, Service Advisor and CDK a strong asset
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends if needed.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and travel to the United States on occasion.
