ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Electro-Mechanical Assembler who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. As a critical part of our production line, you'll contribute to building and assembling components that power mobile equipment.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly tasks such as light soldering, labeling, screwing components into boards, and solder masking, ensuring all outputs meet quality standards.
• Ensure accurate assembly of parts and products by following written instructions and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, using hand tools in a production setting.
• Work closely with a small production team under the guidance of the Production Manager and Production Engineer.
• Input data into the system as needed, tracking progress and maintaining records to ensure efficient production.
• Accurately label and organize assembled products, ensuring all components are clearly marked for identification.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• 2+ years of experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly tasks.
• Comfort working with hand tools and collaborating with others in a warehouse setting.
• Some computer knowledge, especially Outlook, for data entry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Desire to contribute to a small company's success story with a proactive, results-driven attitude!

• Experience or interest working in a fast-paced production line environment.
• A desire to grow and take on new responsibilities within the company.
• A positive attitude.
