Senior Special Advisor - Level 3(Reference: P-TEK)Our Federal Government client is looking for a Senior Special Advisor - Level 3 in Ottawa, ON (National Capital Region). The following qualifications are required: Job Description:The Department of National Defence (DND) needs an additional Senior Special Advisor – Cyber Risk Management Process during a temporary workload increase. This role will finalize the Land Cybersecurity Risk Management Process (LCSRMP), coordinate with DND Project Management Offices and Industry, and develop policies, manuals, and guidelines for governance, performance reporting, and risk management related to the cyber resiliency of Canadian Army platforms, operational assets, and equipment.MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: The Senior Special Advisor - Level 3 must have the following skills and experience:

• Language(s): English
• Security Clearance: Valid Enhanced Reliability (OR qualified to start a Government of Canada security clearance)
• The applicant must have forty-eight (48) months of experience in providing Project Management services to Project Directors and Project Managers specifically related to Canadian Forces Training Development and/or International Military Training Development in Cyber Security Risk Management processes within the last seventy-two (72) months.
• The Applicant must a minimum, 8 years of hands-on experience in providing advisory support in development and implementation of Cyber Security Risk Requirements in the DND acquisition process for new equipment and in-service support acquisition processes* that support the Major Capital Equipment Program.
