Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement new features using Python, FCCM, and SQL that enhance financial compliance monitoring capabilities
• Lead technical troubleshooting initiatives and provide innovative solutions for complex compliance scenarios
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated compliance solutions
• Transform complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions
• Guide the team through development, testing, and user acceptance phases
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in a distributed work environment
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape technical strategy and implementation approaches

Qualifications:

• You've developed deep expertise in Python development and database technologies, particularly with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
• You bring significant experience with Oracle Mantas and financial compliance systems
• You've successfully led technical teams in remote/hybrid environments
• You're passionate about continuous learning and applying new technologies to solve complex problems
• You have experience in the financial services industry and understand compliance challenges
• You're authorized to work in Canada
• Your communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders
